In this thread, RevolvingDork explains that there is a “last page” button now added to the listing editing process, which allows you to skip to the last page when you are editing a listing item rather than having to go through each page to finish the edit.
RevolvingDork says:
Today we’ve added a small but useful feature to the listing editing process. At the bottom of every step of editing a listing, you can now find a “last” button. This button will take you to the last page of the editing process, so you don’t have to click through every step to reactivate your listing.
We hope this helps sellers save some time when they only need to edit a small part of their listings.
Unfortunately we can’t offer a “finish” button on every page, as we need to inform users if they’ve accumulated any additional charges during the editing process.
Let us know if this makes things easier for you!

amanda, it’s not in the relist pages, only in edit. Sigh. It’s not quite “all that” but it’s closer.

“27 million dollar gun” — love that, kibbles!
As Samuel Johnson said, “the prospect of imminent death concentrates the mind wonderfully” — the current Etsy version may be “the prospect of having one’s ass fired concentrates the mind wonderfully” …
It’s been doing some good though, eh?

Simone, the problem with shipping larger packages within the US is that they go by zones. The same 1 kilo package, which must be shipped Priority, can vary by as much as $15 USD. It is a huge stumbling block for people here whose package are filled with pottery or baked goods, for instance. Soap would possibly be another.

um, did I just hear the opening music to HEY DUDE????
Every night before I go to sleep I pray for Hey Dude to be released onto DVD. Remember the episode where they had the guys versus girls contest? Every time I use brown sugar, I think of that episode. *sigh*

GreeenMamba:
“Sellers also ought to be able to offer a variety of shipping methods/rates.”
Oh, yes. It’s a testament to the true dysfunction of Etsy that just the mention of this makes me feel queasy! It’s so obvious, and instead of action, as usual we got RD explaining how incredibly difficult it would be and how they had no time and just now way, sorry. What he said Mid-November was that ‘even if they dropped everything else on their plates, there is no way they could get multiple shipping implemented by the Holidays’. Of course, clearly the Gift Guides were much, much more important to everyone.
And then, we’re told we have to offer to sell empty boxes (just like the brilliant gift wrap ’solution’) to offer upgrades while satisfying Etsy’s technicalities about listings standing alone.
Well, seems like that is the type of things that is changing these days. After all of these mountains of BS and stress from RD and his ilk, though, I guess I’m feeling a little bitter!
