Thank you for your comments. We really appreciate hearing from members of our community. We can’t tell you our top secret plans for the future, but, hey, why don’t you check out The Storque for our light-hearted article on why you should all just shut up, sit in the dark and pretend everything’s all right!
Followed by about 50 enthusiastic posts of
“Hooray! I love the dark!”
and
“I don’t know why people are bitching about the light bulb thing. Looks great to me!”

If your light bulb isn’t working, please consider a reach around.
In a piece of exciting news, we have just launched the new and exciting Dead Horse light bulb! Please don’t turn it on or it will explode and you’ll only have yourselves to blame.

We’ve evaluated, and done tests with a variety of bulbs. We even paid a professional light bulb screwer-inner to set a lamp up for us at first, but weren’t pleased with the results, so we unscrewed it.
The engineers are hard at work on the lighting system. Obviously, installing a device like this is a very complex process. There are variety of incremental changes and tweaks we are testing this week before we can give you any more information about the status. I hope you all can understand.
Insisting on repeating the request will not make the engineers work any faster.

The bulb doesn’t need changing. We designed it to be dark. You just need to use night-vision goggles, and delete all your cookies.

I’m sorry, but we can’t tell you how many engineers are working on the light bulb project as you can’t be trusted to handle such information appropriately. However, I can tell you that we are currently working on 50 top secret, multi-coloured light bulb projects of great excitement!
