Hey international sellers,
We want to know more about how you shop Etsy. Specifically, I want to hear about how you deal with the currency exchange rates now, and how you’d prefer it worked instead! When you’re browsing listings, do you try to calculate the price in your currency in your head? Or do you use a website to calculate the exchange?
If there were a variety of currencies on Etsy, would you be more inclined to shop only within your own currency?
How important is the item’s original currency, if you can see a price estimate in your own currency? Do you still like to keep that in mind?
What else can you tell me about the trials and tribulations of trying to make purchases when the seller’s currency is not your own?
Thanks :)

Wait.
They can’t figure out how to fix the search function so that, oh I don’t know, buyers can actually FIND what they are looking for, but they want to implement a shopping feature to include ways of purchasing in every currency imaginable making it only more confusing for the seller and buyer.
o.O.

Sorry for such a pointless comment but: this is ridiculous. Also you would notice a lot of persons has not clue about exchange rates and different devises. This is all crazy.

Andy that reminds me of Howard Stern’s “Who wants to be a Turkish Millionaire” game, where a million buys you a cup of coffee…
