Haim’s got a chatroom open to go over people’s imaging problems. Right this minute he’s walking somebody through a bunch of tests.

Okay, thanks for the explanation. I wasn’t sure how long it would take anyone to see the tip and I figured a comment would at least get it up here, even below the fold.

I went into that chat room no less than five times, and tried to get haim’s attention.. (he was “away”) Never got a response… so I’m still stuck. I can see that image that Alex posted… it’s a spice rack. But the avatars/shop images still aren’t loading.

sorry to hear you’re having problems Amanda. i also dropped into the chat room, mainly to report that my images seemed fine and i was having no difficulties. likewise no acknowledgement (one seller did say Hi!) but I’m still basking in the glory of being persona non grata anyway
