Hi all,
As many of you know, we’ve been in the process of switching to a new credit card processor for several months now. Unfortunately, our processing account is still not ready to be used, as we are waiting on final authentication codes for live transactions.
Because of this, we are unable to run autocharges this month. We hope to have the capability to run them ready well in time for the next payment cycle, which will run from July 15th to July 27th.
In the meantime, we ask that you check your online Etsy statements at Your Etsy -> Your Etsy Bill, and if you wish, easily pay your bill manually there.
Before we run the autocharges next month, we will be sending out notification emails to all sellers informing them of the situation and the coming charge.
Again, we apologize if this has caused any inconvenience, and we will be updating you promptly when there are any changes.

Yep, clearly all of these people just ignored the notification from Etsy about the Autocharge problems. Afterall, Ockham’s razor suggests that Etsy’s glowing communication skills in all other areas really make it likely that they’ve kept us informed and we’re all experiencing collective amnesia. It’s a form of mass hysteria that is unique to the Etsy-verse.
