I just realized that this means I will have to pay transaction + listing fees on non-paying buyers purchases if I want to avoid the situation I found myself in. How stupid.

DanielleDIY–you’re so right! That is a terrible set-up, and puts us in a bad position. Seller beware, indeed–geez!
